We only collect data that is necessary for the operation of this website. When you visit our site, our web server may briefly process your IP address in order to deliver the requested page. This is technically necessary and does not constitute profiling.

If you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymised usage data through our self-hosted Matomo instance (see Section 5). This helps us understand how visitors interact with the site so we can improve it.

3. Legal Basis

The legal basis for processing analytics data is your freely given consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Basic server-side request processing (delivering the page to your browser) is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and functional operation of this website).

4. Analytics — Matomo (Self-Hosted)

With your consent, we use Matomo, an open-source web analytics platform. Our Matomo instance is hosted on our own servers at matomo.vibrantcluster.de. Your data is never shared with third parties, and no data leaves our infrastructure.

Matomo may collect the following data:

• Anonymised IP address (last two octets are masked before storage)
• Pages visited and time spent on each page
• Referring website or search term
• Browser type, operating system, and screen resolution
• Country of origin (derived from anonymised IP)
• Date and time of the visit

No fingerprinting techniques are used. All data is stored in anonymised form and is not used to identify individual users.
